By Your Hands Link Party August 28

I’ve mentioned the By Your Hands blog and link party before and I participate in it as often as possible. If you are an artist or crafter of ANY kind of handmades, you can participate in their Sunday Link Parties. If you sell on Etsy or Ebay or in your own online store, you can even link directly to your products! This is a great way to get some extra traffic to your blog or shoppe. Click on the image below to visit their blog and join in the link party fun.

I’ve just started a primitive link party over on my Tattered Sisters Primitives blog. If you’ve never done a link party before, it’s simply a way to link to a project on your own blog and help send some new traffic your way, and possibly get new followers.

If you’re interested in joining, just click the image link below. All the instructions are there if you’re not familiar with link parties. It’s really easy to join in, and you may find some other great primitive blogs you’d like to follow too!

Primitive Link Party

Just wanted to share with you a great new link party that is being held at the Prairie Patch blog, and it’s for primitive artists and crafters. If you don’t know what a link party is, it’s basically a way to leave a link to your blog in order to spotlight a recent project or creation. You choose an image from your blog page to feature, and it links directly to it. You can visit other people’s blogs, and they can visit yours.

Tracy at the Prairie Patch just started a new link party on her blog, so I thought it would be nice to share that with you, in case you’d like to participate. Just click on the button image below to visit the party.

Perfectly Prim

Link Parties don’t help your site’s SEO, or benefit your site with the search engines in any way…just want you to be aware of this. You can read more about this on my business blog by visiting the Comments, Links and SEO post. But link parties can be a great way to get human traffic to your blog, and you will often get new followers as a result.

Now go join the party! And I’ll let you know too that I’ll soon be hosting link parties on my Tattered Sisters Primitives blog as well!
